Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Training to learn from seasoned estimators and contribute to accurate, profitable vehicle repair estimates per insurer and company guidelines.

You will greet customers, map damage, prepare and finalize estimates, and coordinate with repair teams to ensure accurate parts lists and timelines. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of 16 I-CAR units within 12 months is required.
• Preferred: 4-6 years of related work experience with photo-imaging software.

Mansioni

• Greet customers at repair drop-off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and identify WOW opportunities.
• Prepare estimates using Repair Planning Template and verify during teardown.
• Update customer regularly per management standards and schedule follow-ups.
• Assist insurance adjusters with damage reports and re-inspection prep.
