Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, some customer service experience, and willingness to complete 16 I-CAR units in the first 12 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn estimation processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimator in diagnosing and preparing vehicle repair estimates.
• Communicate value of Gerber services to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and photos in CCC One.
• Support production with accurate parts lists and promise dates.
• Follow up with customers and insurance adjusters as needed.
