Qualifications

• Fluent in ASL (American Sign Language).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, or related field, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification and safety care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of direct care staff.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, train, and direct work.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; on‑call responsibilities including out‑of‑hours emergencies.
• Develop program goals, individualized service plans, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and promote resident well‑being.
