Qualifications

• ASL proficiency and written English required.
• 4+ years working with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or DeafBlind individuals.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Knowledge of Deaf culture and service delivery systems.
• Ability to train and coach staff; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Deaf Residential Services staff.
• Develop and input Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Advocate for residents and staff; ensure program consistency.
• Co-facilitate bi-weekly staff meetings.
• Provide ASL instruction to MCS staff when needed.
• Help residents with community outings and ADLs.
• Ensure safety and timely documentation.
