Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting Package design and Package Development Engineers in prioritizing and optimizing new projects.
• Assist in completing substrate, interposer and bump designs for AMD products, test vehicles and probe card substrates.
• Contribute to design verification implementation to ensure design performance, quality and efficiency.
• Analyze yield and defect metrics to support design performance improvements.
• Evaluate and benchmark packaging materials, interacting with partners to optimize cost, performance and yield.
