Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision and related schedules.
• Strong background in federal and state tax compliance for C-corps.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual ASC 740 tax provision with current and deferred calculations.
• Support provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Serve as liaison with external tax advisors and manage filings.
• Review federal and state income tax returns and workpapers.
• Oversee outsourced sales/use tax compliance processes.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to address tax exposure and compliance issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist with cash flow forecasting for tax obligations.
