Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor in Oklahoma to oversee security operations for a designated client site, coordinating a team of security officers and liaising with the client and operations management.

The role requires an Armed Guard License, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, crisis management, and ability to supervise, coach, and discipline staff within approved guidelines; pay is $21/hour and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and communication.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.
• Ability to handle crises calmly on client sites.
• Ability to use scheduling/billing software to generate reports.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive training and handle performance management.

• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
