Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor - Armed - Driver. The role will supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services at an assigned client site and act as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers.

They will provide coaching, recognition and discipline within an empowerment framework and ensure officers receive appropriate training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Ability to work in varied environments and handle crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services at an assigned client site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and disciplinary actions within approved policies.
