Qualifications

• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state licensing/training as applicable.
• 18 years of age or older (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all on-site security functions are performed, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or designated level by AUS.
• Regularly inspect security personnel and their performance for quality of service.
• Assist in payroll, incident reporting, and security surveys/post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and manage post orders.
