Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee quality service delivery at a client site and coordinate security staff to meet client needs. You will act as a liaison between customers and Operations Managers, supervising officers and providing coaching and performance feedback.

The role requires 2+ years of armed security and supervisory experience, an armed license, and the ability to manage scheduling and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Armed security supervision experience required.
• Must be 21+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services for an assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
