Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services at an assigned client site. The role acts as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers to ensure cohesive on-site operations.

The position requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage staff performance while maintaining compliance with site policies. Compensation reflects experience and the security industry standard.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Experience with scheduling and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowered range.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and development.
• Maintain scheduling and reporting using scheduling/billing software.
