Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee security services at a designated client site in Florida. You will supervise officers, coordinate daily operations and act as the main liaison with the client and operations managers to ensure high-quality protection and service.

The role requires strong communication, crisis-management skills and the ability to manage scheduling, reports, and staff development at client sites.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and staff
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws
• Background check and drug screen required
• Ability to operate scheduling and reporting tools and handle crises calmly
• Ability to supervise staff, coach, and manage performance
• Willingness to work at client sites and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
• Must meet physical requirements and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services at assigned site
• Act as liaison between customers, operations managers and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy
• Ensure officers receive training and performance evaluations
• Prepare reports using scheduling/billing software
• Communicate staffing needs and assist in hiring quality candidates
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to incidents
