Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the delivery of quality security services at an assigned site. The role acts as a liaison between customers, operations managers and security officers, supervising staff with coaching and discipline within approved empowerment range.

The position requires an age of 21+, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crisis situations on site.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen in accordance with laws.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Able to operate scheduling and billing software.
