Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor Experienced Unarmed. The role oversees the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client site. You will lead site personnel, ensure training and licensing requirements are met, and enforce contract standards.

The position emphasizes supervision, incident handling, and coordination with the client to maintain high security standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass state licensing test if operating company/client vehicles.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security industry.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site: staffing, scheduling, training for personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders.
