Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee security services at an assigned site. You will supervise staff, coordinate deliveries, and act as the main liaison between the client and our operations team.

The role requires strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, with experience using scheduling and billing software. An Armed Guard license and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Operate scheduling and billing software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowered range.
