Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Site Supervisor Unarmed Experienced to manage on-site security operations for a client site, including staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance.

The role supervises security personnel, coordinates training, handles incident reports, and supports post orders while coordinating with management to optimize service quality. A high school diploma and state licensing readiness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state licensing requirements where applicable.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements for driving company or client vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance for contract compliance.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders.
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions for subordinates.
