Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor Unarmed Experienced to oversee the on-site security function for our client and ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms. The role emphasizes staffing, training, incident review, and performance management, with responsibilities spanning payroll, post orders, and client communication to maintain high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company-owned or client vehicle.
• Active supervisory experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure contract training, screening, and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated and ensure service quality.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance; support payroll and incident review.
• Provide direction, discipline, and performance recommendations; respond to client requests.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders; reduce costs and improve productivity.
