Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the public.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services for an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between customers, managers and security officers.
• Coach and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
• Assist in staffing, training and performance evaluations.
