Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site.

The Armed Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers, overseeing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines. The role requires strong customer service and crisis-management skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military experience.
• Prior supervisor experience.
• Must have a valid, clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen required by law/regulations.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive training and develop technical and professional skills.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to management and supervisors.
