Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

The candidate should have 4+ years in law enforcement, corrections, military, or related degree, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of law enforcement, corrections, military experience or related degree.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Criminal justice degree (preferred)
