Job summary

Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee delivery of security services at a designated client site. You will supervise site staff, coach officers, and serve as the primary liaison between the client, Operations Manager, and security personnel.

This full-time role requires 3+ years supervision in military or law enforcement, strong communication, and crisis-management abilities. Starting base pay is $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in military or law enforcement.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software.
• Capable of handling crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services at the assigned client site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
