Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

The role involves supervising officers, coaching and disciplining within approved empowerment ranges, and serving as the liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and Field Operations Manager. Strong communication and crisis management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year armed security or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to supervise and coach officers.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
• Ensure training, safety programs, and procedures are followed.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies for the account.
