Allied Universal® is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor in Leesburg, VA. The role supervises security officers, coordinates service delivery, and serves as the liaison between the client and internal teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and a drug screen required by law and policy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services for the client.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Manage staffing needs and communicate them to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee on-site staff performance and scheduling; generate reports as needed.
