Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state training/licensing requirements.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• One year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed in some states).
• Able to operate radios/console monitors.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Problem solving and active listening.
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations quickly.
• Data compilation and interpretation.
• Research, investigate, and compile information.
• Mediates conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
• Writes informatively and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for supervisees.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties and performance.
• Handle disciplinary actions and commendations.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Recommend updates to security surveys and post orders.
