Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor for a full-time role in Alexandria, VA. You will supervise site staff, coordinate service delivery, and act as a liaison between customers and security officers to uphold quality protection and professional service.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to manage crisis situations while lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Background checks and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Capable of coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.

Responsibilities
