Job summary

Allied Universal Services seeks an Armed Security Site Supervisor in Alexandria, Virginia, to oversee delivery of quality security services at a client site. This full-time role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage staff and reports efficiently.

The Armed Site Supervisor will coordinate with customers and Operations Managers, coaching officers and ensuring training and performance standards are met within approved guidelines. Pay is $42.10/hr.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate scheduling and billing software for reporting.
• Able to supervise staff and provide coaching and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site staff and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Assist in staffing needs and interviewing quality candidates.
• Generate reports using scheduling and billing software.
