Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Shift Supervisor for a part-time role. The position pays $23.51 per hour with a Saturday-Sunday 7am–7pm shift.

The supervisor will oversee a team on the assigned shift, coordinating with site leadership and officers to deliver quality services. The role requires security experience, supervisory skills, and strong communication and customer service abilities, along with the ability to handle crisis situations and operate basic wireless tech on client

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years security experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
