Job summary

Allied Universal has an opening for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor. This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 7pm, at an assigned client site.

The supervisor will coordinate shift work and ensure quality service, acting as a liaison to management and security personnel. The position requires strong communication, reporting and crisis-handling skills, plus the ability to manage staff and document activities accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly and legibly.
• Must understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background checks and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and disciplinary actions within approved empowerment range.
