Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in legible handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site tech.
• Ability to manage crisis situations calmly.
• Superior customer service and communication.

Responsibilities
