Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee security for a high-profile facility on a designated shift. You will manage staff, enforce post orders, and deter misconduct while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires a HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and security experience; supervision and reporting skills are essential. Schedule covers Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher or military/police experience as alternative.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable work experience with strong customer service and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site post orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
• Cross-train officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Make recommendations for security surveys and post orders.
• Assess personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for this shift.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Monitor overtime and ensure contract compliance.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality of service.
