Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a specific shift at a customer site. You will act as a liaison between site supervision, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay rate is $25.50 per hour, paid weekly with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and life insurance. Candidates must be 21+ with a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable security experience;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid license, clean driving record and insurance as per policy.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff on the shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
