Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed Association to supervise the on-site security team during a fixed shift and coordinate with site leadership. You will act as a liaison and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline as needed.

The position pays $21.00 per hour and includes outstanding benefits and perks. Schedule is Friday through Tuesday, nights, with weekend coverage as described.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of security-related experience; guard card required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Prepare and maintain clear written reports and logs; manage incidents when they arise.
