Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed. The Shift Supervisor will manage the security of a high profile client’s facility and campus for a designated shift, deter misconduct, and enforce post orders.

Pay rate is $24.69/hour, with a 4PM-midnight schedule, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include briefing, incident response, CCTV monitoring, reporting, and training security staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Minimum security experience; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage security personnel, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct daily briefings with the team.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with authorities.
• Monitor CCTV and perform routine site patrols.
• Ensure post orders are followed and complete reports.
• Train and mentor security staff; maintain records.
