Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervisors, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience is required.
• Age 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must demonstrate effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare logs and reports neatly and legibly.
• Drivers license with safe driving record may be required for some posts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel on the assigned shift.
• Lead daily briefings with the team.
• Respond to incidents and notify authorities/clients when needed.
• Monitor security CCTV systems and perform regular patrols.
• Ensure adherence to post orders and complete rounds.
• Train new hires and current staff on procedures.
• File required security reports.
• Maintain daily incident records.
