Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations and lead a team of officers and supervisors. You will guide the team, manage client relationships, and ensure safety for people and property.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll oversight, and incident response, while maintaining site standards and inventory controls. A high school diploma and supervisory experience are required, with driving eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle.
• Experience leading and developing a team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessment.
• Ability to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts independently.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and computer systems, including MS Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory like uniforms and equipment.
