Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence including training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
