Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors. You will drive service excellence, develop personnel, and maintain strong client relationships to protect people and property.

Responsibilities include scheduling, incident response, and ensuring compliance with site standards while optimizing costs. A high school diploma and security leadership experience are required, with additional preferred credentials

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant security management experience.
• Licensing and valid driver’s license may be required.
• Experience in leading and developing security teams and client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to align with client hours and minimize overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
