Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will lead from the front, schedule effectively with AI tools, and ensure client satisfaction while protecting people and property.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state/local licensing as needed, and 2+ years in security management or operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to make independent decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to align with client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Enhance client relationships as primary contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
