Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors. You will drive service excellence and build strong client relationships.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic client-facing team.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Ability to make sound independent decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection of people and property.
