Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and oversee a team of officers and supervisors. You will drive client satisfaction, schedule staffing using AI tools, and ensure compliance with safety and site standards.

The role requires a minimum of two years in security management or operations, a high school diploma, and strong relationship-building abilities. This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, supervise, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance and security operational excellence, including training, safety, and inventory.
