Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service to clients across multiple sites.

You will drive planning, scheduling, and development of teams while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, client focus, and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle or personal vehicle use.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team with positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and turnover costs.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered technology to match client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; hire, coach, and manage payroll and performance.
• Maintain client relationships; act as primary contact for high-quality service.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance, training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
