Job summary

LUX Infusion is expanding its Arizona footprint with a Territory Account Executive role. You will own a targeted territory, build trusted provider partnerships, and drive growth for infusion care access.

This field-based position requires strong communication, strategic selling, and deep healthcare knowledge to connect clinicians, patients, and care teams. Travel up to 40% is expected as you grow essential networks.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Five (5) years of relevant sales experience.
• At least three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy environments.
• A consistent, year‑over‑year record of sales performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems.
• Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, APPs, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s offerings, including IG home‑based and suite‑based care.
• Communicate LUX’s support model, including insurance reimbursement, patient onboarding, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools, with focus on quota attainment.
