Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Territory Account Executive to expand access to infusion care in Colorado. This field-based role covers the Colorado area with up to 40% travel, and you will own the territory strategy, build provider partnerships, and educate on LUX’s infusion services.

You’ll collaborate with clinical and operations teams, manage referrals in CRM, and strive for quota attainment while delivering patient-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five+ years of relevant sales experience.
• At least three years of documented B2B sales in healthcare, medical devices, or specialty pharmacy.
• Proven track record of annual sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers and centers.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians and care teams.
• Educate providers on infusion services and care models.
• Communicate comprehensive support including reimbursement and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations to support complex cases.
• Manage pipeline activity using CRM with quota focus.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in provider interactions.
