The Area Supervisor will maintain merchandise presentation, keep work areas clean, and ensure company processes are executed efficiently. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure store environment and supports loss prevention.
• Trains and coaches associates on store procedures and front-end operations.
• Manages front-end activities to ensure efficient checkout and customer flow.
• Directs and supervises store associates during shift, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Performs administrative duties and supports store leadership as needed.
