Job summary

The Area Supervisor is responsible for safety, loss prevention, front-end supervision, and general merchandising. Strong leadership, communication, and POS familiarity are essential for daily store performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English with ability to interact professionally with customers and team.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and associates.
• Supervises front-end operations to ensure efficiency and customer service standards.
• Trains and coaches associates on cash register procedures and shortage control.
• Manages break schedules and ensures proper coverage at peak times.
• Ensures merchandising standards, stockroom organization, and floor recovery.
• Performs daily clerical duties and supports store management as needed.
