Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and a clean, shop-ready environment.
• Execute and supervise loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
