Focused on loss prevention, front-end supervision, and administrative duties, you will train staff, manage workflows, and uphold company policies to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as assigned, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute company front-end practices and maintain cashier training and shortage control.
• Maintain stockrooms, process merchandise, and assist with floor moves and back-stock.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and compliance with policies.
• Payroll and scheduling duties as assigned.
