Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, secure shopping environment and reports unsafe conditions.
• Supervises store associates and oversees operations as Manager on Duty.
• Opens and closes the store; oversees front-end processes and customer flow.
• Maintains merchandise presentation and keeps areas clean and merchandised to standard.
• Performs loss prevention duties and safeguards cash handling.
• Trains and coaches associates on cash registers and procedures.
• Manages payroll edits, scheduling compliance, and related admin duties.
