Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a specific area of the store and supervise Associates during Manager on Duty shifts.
• Open and close the store; ensure merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise operational processes; maintain safety and security.
• Lead front-end operations and customer service; manage lines and checkout flow.
• Assist in merchandising, stockroom organization, and loss prevention.
