Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and supervise associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised store environment.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
• Train and coach front-end and stockroom staff.
• Execute merchandising, signage, and back-stock management.
